You have big goals and little time? Our electronically controlled fitness area offers the best conditions for quick training success and is equipped with professional "milon" strength and endurance machines.
The fitness studio is located directly next to the physiotherapy rooms.

Pilates

Pilates exercises strengthen the whole body, making it stable and flexible. With controlled movements you train deep-seated muscles that remain inactive in many other sports. At the same time you activate the center of the body and the pelvic floor = POWERHOUSE

In addition, the workout improves your posture and makes you more balanced.

6 Pilates - Principles

  1. Centering: focus on the center of the body
  2. Breathing: harmony of breathing and movement
  3. Control: Control led execution of the movements
  4. Concentration: attention to the exercising muscles
  5. Precision: quality before quantity
  6. Flow of movement: Harmonious flow of the exercises

Regression

Postpartum classes are important for the following reasons:

  1. Building, strengthening the pelvic floor
  2. Strengthening of the abdominal and back muscles
  3. Upright posture and stable body center
  4. Avoidance of consequential damages (incontinence, bladder and uterus prolapse)
  5. Positive body feeling

When should I start regression?
Spontaneous delivery after 6 - 8 weeks
Caesarean section after 10 - 12 weeks

Local residents receive a total discount of 30% on the annual subscription.
